/lookup, then go into Clippy's Airtable, search for their user ID, find the name of their channel, and DM it to them. Today I added a short command to Clippy—/clippy-channel—that does all that for me. It even gives me the direct link to their channel so that I can go to it via @clippyadmin if something's wrong. This was literally a 2-minute project so it's a pretty tiny ship but still yay!
