This is a project I've been working on for the past week. It can run on almost anything. It is an EAS ENDEC, it decodes SAME headers using DSAME3, and encodes SAME headers using some custom code. It automatically records and plays back audio if it's in one of your selected counties and is one of your selected rebroadcast alerts. This can be used for EAS homelabs if you have an old PC and don't want to drop 500 bucks on an ENDEC.
Future implementations that aren't currently implemented:

Ability to start recording if SAME headers didn't decode but 1050hz was detected.
