I've finished a "patient assistance" application which I will now name: CareSignal (from SpeedAid). This allows a patient to request assistance from any associated device within milliseconds on a local area network! All that's needed is a client device (phone, tablet, computer etc.) that someone who is unable to move/wheelchair bound can use, and another device that is the assister who can receive and respond to messages in-person! No text mesages, shouting or otherwise difficult things necessary. It has really helped the quality of life of my mother, who has been using it to alert me when she needs help. Code: github.com/Draggie306/patient-assistance Website to access it: patient-assist.ibaguette.com. It's soon to be on my new projects browser site which you can see all of my projects on at projects.ibaguette.com! A post is coming on www.ibaguette.com about this soon, too! Unfortunately won't be in time for Arcade to count my tickets, but I am very happy with how it works so far! :D

Update/completed iteration #GMM0VHBBM| of my Patient Assistance webapp. I have added PWA support (meaning it can be "installed" and added to the home screen on mobile devices!) which is what my user has requested, and it also removes the browser UI, so more space for my app! This version also has brand new ⭐ reconnect ⭐ support so that the patient that requires assistance can put their device to sleep/turn off the display on mobile, upon reloading the device, it reconnects to all assister devices, which is neat! I also made sure all buttons work and fixed the WebKit weird rendering behaviour on Apple devices. I have created a "Patient Assister" webapp (only Chrome has 100% feature support rn!) that allows patients or people who are otherwise in requirement of some form of assistance or care to ping and notify connected carers. It uses WebSockets, JavaScript, and Python for the server relay. It is available at: github.com/draggie306/patient-assistance, and the front-end is at patient-assist.ibaguette.com/index.html with carers using patient-assist.ibaguette.com/assister.html! It requires a running local server if you would like to run it yourself.
