I’ve been working on this problem for a few days now, and today I hit 100% accuracy on both train and test 😳 ( I still don’t know how that’s possible) ( it’s a well shuffled balanced dataset so no chance of overfitting )
I know it’s nothing big but I just realised my pre-print got cited thrice! 😳
Someone tried a brute force attack on my Pi today. Also, my server and database credentials + my code got stolen from a private GitHub repository through OAuth access tokens given to a code analysing app because their employee got phished ( a security company’s employee getting phished is 🤦♂️)

The asteroid search journey continues….
Got 4 preliminary discoveries in asteroid search campaign OwO
Forked and started fixing ORGANIC ( GANs for chemical compounds ), made it work on latest release of TF 1.x, trying to get it to work on TF 2.x using tf.compat.v1 and modifying wherever necessary. Might make a module and use in Curie hmmmmmmmm
Almost finalised the web interface look ( Haven’t connected the python library yet because docking is a highly CPU intensive task, so need to either get a beefier Pi or a gooooooooood server )
Started working on the Web-UI ( Flask + WTForms )
Started working on the Molecular Docking module using AutoDock Vina as the docking program ( Reimplementing Vina in Python/Swift would take tooooooooo much time so for now, calling from the command line )
Did not do much today 😕 A little code refactoring and started transforming the scripts into a common Python library I am going to call Curie
Completed another plugin for my project, this one generates a complete report with interactions, visualisations and other details
Completed the PyMOL plugin for my project ( sadly, I can’t run it on a Pi 0, I’ll have to get a better Pi for faster runtime if I intend to run the entire PDA project on it )
Idea planning done. Hopefully I can finish it in this month UwU
