Day 6 of WHW
3D printer IS STILL broken from the nozzle change. Sam is helping me so there is hope. No progress today
Day 5 of WHW
Definitely some type of warping going on here. Still trying to fix my 3D printer 😭 😭
My microcontroller does not fit but I have all the parts I need laid out
Day 4 of WHW
Tdy I took the socket I printed b4 and tested it with diodes and jewelry wire. Tmr I have to debug my 3D printer and hope it works again. Still having adhesion and leveling issues
Day 3 of WHW
Had a bunch of trouble with my new nozzle. I cant seem to level it correctly. Kinda sucks
Spent like 3-4 hours debugging
Day 2 of WHW
had enough time to 3D print another case, this time without warping! I also installed a 0.2 nozzle for my hot swappable sockets
Day 1 of WHW:
3D printed the case for the macro pad but it ended up warped and weird. Will try again with adjustments.
Thanks for a great year
ruby is pretty gnarly
Progress so far (started in June, once a week)
Quantum computing is weird
Day 10 of #10-days-in-public
Today I opened an issue on my own repository because I don’t have access to my computer today! I also did some more reading on OSS and I’m super happy with what I did these 10 days.
Day 9 of #10-days-in-public
Today I worked more on the website! I plan on adding thumbnails to create a good looking blog post card.
Day 8 of #10-days-in-public
Today, my Hacktoberfest PRs got accepted! I requested shirt and these cool badges from Holopin. I also took my PSAT. In regards to coding, I fixed up the navbar and made some style changes to the Astro cards.
Day 7 of #10-days-in-public
Today I worked on making those markdown files into cards! I took the create-astro-app thing and fitted it to the posts. Will make it custom later! This is open source, so I'm kinda keeping to my theme. Got addicted to Astro LOL Navbar looks kinda janky rn, do y'all know what to do? This is on the blog site rather than the main site and I want to link back to it. There aren't many other pages other than the actual blogs.
Day 6 of #10-days-in-public
Today I spent more time working on a website with the OPEN SOURCE FRAMEWORK ASTRO. Turns out that you can include React components in Astro. I think I understand how it works now. Hopefully I can send this to the requester soon!
Day 5 of #10-days-in-public
Today I spent my time learning Astro :astro: and combining it with Netlify :netlify: CMS! Creating a blog for someone else and I wanted it to be easy to use and fast.
Day 4 of #10-days-in-public
Today, I read about how Washington D.C. open sources DC law onto Github! I actually live very close to the nation's capital, so it's super cool how anyone can contribute to it. Will do some programming later today!

Day 3 of #10-days-in-public
I’ve dedicated these 10 days to learn more about open source software. Super busy today with a #swim meet, but I got some reading in. I’ve always seen the Arctic Code Vault Contributor badge on GitHub and was fascinated by how massive the open source code vault is. I also did some reading on exactly why open source software is good, namely, the benefits for security and code quality.
Day 2 of #10-days-in-public
Yesterday, I finished Hacktoberfest, but why stop there? Today I'm working on an open source project for Library of Code and learning how to create a PR to GitLab! I've decided to dedicate these 10 days to learning more about open source software.
Day 1 of #10-days-in-public
My goal was to finish Hacktoberfest and start working on some other things, but I finished Hacktoberfest a bit early! I'm going to start doing some more open source stuff or learn some new tools!
