FTC Kickoff today!!!! Game seems fun but very hard... anyways, since it’s a shooting game, I thought I’d have fun with some theoretical numbers and apply the 2D kinematics stuff I’m learning in physics rn

Wolfram Alpha is so smart! I needed to figure out a way to graph a circle tangent to the y-axis and the graph y=x and I just didn’t think wolfram alpha can solve so much 😂

Realized port forwarding probably isn’t exactly the way to go (especially when trying to use it anywhere) so I’m experimenting with Dataplicity

The avatar controller is slowly but surely coming together... more options have been added, specifically the raise and lower head options. When the robot is made, this will raise and lower the monitor so the user can view at a different height. The video streaming works very well, and also added a limit switch :)

This is getting more and more complex... realized I need more pins so I connected an Arduino to the pi. Using a library called nanpy, I was able to control the Arduino from the pi

I’ve downloaded like 5 different versions of the Bimba Air Cylinder because I didn’t know which options/stroke length to use lol. This is what happens when a programmer does CAD.

Changed the LED configuration so that I can simply connect the wires to an MDD10A motor driver to drive the robot remotely with a Raspberry Pi. Sadly the camera didn’t work out so well tho. Couldn’t do anything with the latency especially if the person is joining from far away. I hope we can build the root soon and see a remote-controlled robot with zoom.

Updated look on the web server hosted by the raspberry pi to control its GPIOs! It also has a camera but the latency is pretty bad... hope I can fix that but for now I’m pretty happy.
