I started designing a VTOL tailsitter, a small electric aircraft which takes off and lands vertically like a drone, but can transition to fly like a plane. More info is in the project's README, and it was inspired by MIT's tailsitter. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me! Some sessions may have been slow because it was my first time using solidworks.

I designed and built a 1lb antweight combat robot. More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me! The design has changed quite a bit from the last scrapbook post, as the robot is thinner, has switch mounting, has thicker armor, among other small changes that make it a lot more functional.
The repository contains the README, .STEP and .F3Z (Fusion360 Archive) files.

I designed and built a FIRST Tech Challenge robot for the CENTERSTAGE game using mostly COTS goBILDA parts. More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me!
The repository contains the README, .STEP and .F3Z (Fusion360 Archive) files, as well as .MD files with pictures and videos for build documentation. Some Github commits were done after the sessions were logged, because it was very distracting to upload proof to Github every hour, especially when exporting CAD files can take 15 minutes for large assemblies. However, my sessions all have ample scraps for build proof.
Some of the Github commits also link to Slack messages in my session threads, as the files are too large to upload to github directly.

I finished wiring electromagnets and belt rigging for "replac3d", a 3D printer build plate replacing robot. It can successfully deposit a build plate, but may need separate motor drivers to have enough strength to remove the build plate, as the bed magnet is very strong. More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me!

This is a mold for half of a table tennis racket, including the blade and the handle.
The paddle is meant to be made from hand-laid composites, and the mold itself is to be 3D printed out of PETG material.
The molds are split in half to fit a 3D printer bed, and the model of the paddle itself is traced from various references online.
The repository contains the STEP and F3D files for the paddle and its mold.

I finished assembling all the electronic components for replac3d, a 3D printer build plate replacing robot. This includes the drag chains, and custom mounting plates for the components. More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me! All the building should be done.
The repository contains the README, .STEP and .F3Z (Fusion360 Archive) files. For assembly proof, there are pictures.

I finished modeling the mounts for all my electrical components in my project "replac3d", a 3D printer build plate replacing robot. I used a 24v 250w LED driver for power, and also have a 24v to 5v DC-DC converter for 5v devices. More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me!
The repository contains the README, .STEP and .F3Z (Fusion360 Archive) files. However, these files were too big for github, so I linked a google drive folder in the README.

I programmed and wired for "replac3d", a 3D printer build plate replacing robot. I used TMC2209 stepper drivers and the AccelStepper library for arduino, as well as perfboard for the wiring. More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me!
The repository contains the README, .STEP and .F3Z (Fusion360 Archive) files. For wiring, I have included pictures, and for code, I have included the .INO file.

I tested electronics (electromagnets and stepper motors) for my "replac3d", a 3D printer build plate replacing robot. I wrote some code for controlling a TMC2209 stepper driver with just the step and direction pins, and also soldered some wires (in my scraps). More info is in the project's README. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me!

I received the custom plates for the turntable of "replac3d", a 3D printer build plate replacing robot. I assembled everything, by attaching the extending assembly to the turntable, and assembling the bearings for the turntable. More info is in the project's README. I began designing a robot that replaces the build plate of a Bambu Lab P1/X1 series printer using electromagnets and steppers called "replac3d".
I finished the extension assembly's structure (unpowered) today! Working on the powering part now. If you are interested in this project at all, feel free to DM me!
