First in person club meeting of the year, with a little over 30 people. It was super fun and we got cooookiieees, stickers and a few new members! :lets-fucking-gooo:

Undertale nostalgia has once again taken over my music
Weeee a bit late but I wanted to ship our club board! We prepared a bunch for club day at our school (and made use of the dark arts of stickers), and managed to get ~110 emails to spam!!!
I might do a write up about things that helped, but it was super funny because the interactive website demo part (we built a synth that anyone could join in with on their phones) ended up being less helpful than just jumping up and down and yelling, and bribing moles in a bunch of groups to talk about how hackclub is cool (with stickers ofc).
We also managed to get almost 30 people for our first meeting (a lot of people emailed they couldn't make it lol), with a bunch of people coming back from last year, so it was super cool to know that people liked it!
weeeee I finally wrote a bit on the Zephyr! I don’t think it does it justice, but I just wanted to get something out, and finally stop procrastinating on it! I just wanted to say that I’m so thankful, and ya’ll really changed my life 💖!

YAY JUST FINISHED EVERYTHING VIDEO CALLING RELATED, now I need to work on a decent UI and account system
Yay got video calling and a basic gui working, just need to get sounds dispersal, accounts, and settings down
Created a way to upload cards through a GUI! Also started to use sqlite3 so they don't have to setup a full server (though you would need to download pandoc)
YAY I DID IT, I HACKED IT TOGETHER FOR DEBATEIndexing all my cards, and reminising of all my past debate cases lol
Creating a debate indexer for my backfiles, might release an electron app for it soon OWO
also messing with SQL for the heck of it
oh god this is a lot of work, I took a video element turned it into a raw canvas, got the pixel value of the frame, inserted it into the p5js image and voila, i got from a video tag to p5js image (what i need to do, bc I’m using a webrtc track not a file)
Got started on a basic UI for the video call w/ p5, and got the electron app setup with ipc connections just in case.
YAY I GOT IT TO WORK!!
