went to horizon!! taught a p5js workshop, mentored Girl Scouts, crashed the gwc code fair, met some amazing people <3, and had fun in nyc!!
gave a presentation on tech ethics: data privacy & design principles! we talked about contextual integrity, using design principles for policy, and overview of past ideas; as part of an independent research project this term (link to our readings/overview at bit.ly/excstential-readings and substack at excstential.substack.com) <3
🔬went to treehacks 2023 this past weekend and met some super amazing people from various areas of the tech / research world and beyond! our hackathon project was accessize, using llms to force accessibility + recursive summarization of knowledge :D github.com/clairebookworm/accessize (not too complex, I mostly was there to meet people even if I did pull 2 all nighters in a row to talk to people lol; & here’s a photo of us w/ andrej karpathy!)
