@OrbitalDev0I designed the cover of my final project for my Anatomy and Physiology class! Messing around with unicode to properly render the notes was fun!
@OrbitalDev0Got back from camping, worked on my song, wrote some of my novel (designed an instrument), practiced Duolingo and finished school. Wow, I was busy!
@OrbitalDev0Da Baby :)))
I read a lot today. I also planned out some of Verador Part II!
Stay tuned for new updates!
@ShawnMalluwa-U04BBP8H9FA7working on my game before #harvest!! separated map generation from updating the display, and now i can pass in "modes", which can pull from different maps like the political map or the resource map. Once I get those generating properly (trivial?) I can display different maps, which ill connect up to the buttons I threw on top! then ill need to work on the structure of the player system, and allow the map to support an unlimited number of players. then ill need logging in to work, which should be trivial in the local version of this game, and then I will either start moving my code over to node.js or continue developing here (because node is scary)
@OrbitalDev0Went shopping for books at Barnes and Noble! I found some great ones.
I'll be camping again this weekend, but things should be back to normal next week!
Also Duolingo hates me :/
@OrbitalDev0T-66 Days until Orpheus wins!
Introducing... Aristeo! He's a member of the Legion, fighting for liberation and justice.
I haven't completely written his character yet, but I'm so excited to explore him! I don't want to spoil much, so I'll quit talking now.
Although I'm not finished with Part I of the novel, I think it's good to plan ahead (you can see some earlier character designs of aristeo in #orbital-lab!)
I also practiced duolingo, the usual and whatnot.
I finished They Both Die at the End. It was so good, but also WHYYYYY.... It made me cry because it was so sad :(
Stay hacky, y'all :cowboy_mild_panic_attack:
@OrbitalDev0T-67 Days until Orpheus wins!
Okay so I'm literally writing this right before I go to bed. I'm super tired because It's been a long day, but here are some notes of what I did today!
• Started reading They Both Die at the End. It's really good so far, and I'm halfway in. I'll probably be a bad kid and stay up and read some more
• I practiced esperanto on duolingo... I'll probably step up my practicing this friday because I'll be on my way to camp this weekend again.
• Finished the rough draft of Episode 2 of my serial novel, Zero Gravity (now publishing on Kindle Vella and Wattpad!)
• Explored some new songwriting ideas
• Got my learner's permit... Oh, and my license to kill, but that's a secret 😉
• Wrote some stuff for school
• Wrote this little scrapbook post
Anyway that's all, folks. Stay hacky!
PS: You get... A bad 11pm selfie because I took absolutely zero pictures of anything I did, and I don't want to spoil the next episode of Zero Gravity (even though it's kinda predictable tbh)
@arav0first scrapbook of 100 days! Today, I worked on some Haunted House Toronto logistics! Getting venue stuff finalized (we finally found a venue!!) and getting everything else we need to set/start planning. Other than that, I did some duolingo which was somewhat fun! I also looked at some books to read and buy!
@OrbitalDev0Here's cutie... Say hi to Bandit!
Anyway, besides that I did school and nothing really interesting.
Oki go to bed now bye
@zoyashussain0first scrapbook post of #100-days (house picasso >>>). returned from brown fly-in today, which helped with researching for my college application field journal (incoming personal tracker/research assistant for college fit), tried a psl from starbucks, and caught up on my DoD ML course, calculus homework, &etc 🧸
@KaraMassie0Doing my #100-days and #100-picasso and a collab with @OrbitalDev and finally posting one of my goals of regular reading. This is the current, and frankly not nearly as good as I hoped :
@ShawnMalluwa-U04BBP8H9FA7🎨 started working on a command interpreter for my game. right now its literally just a switch case, but i got it iterating through everything correctly (i think). gonna work on getting it to interpret actual complex commands next, and then probably see if i can get the interpreter working in the server script. my end goal is to have it so that players push commands to the interpreter and they are all run in order at the end of the game cycle (when the next turn starts). extremely archaic methinks but i am a noob
@caleb0I'm gonna try to get @scrappy to react with as many emojis as possible, for no particular reason.
